Wonderful stay in a beautiful, old building! Tons of space with tons of charm! We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well stocked if we had needed to. Short walk to Piazza Garibaldi and all of the wonderful confetti shops! Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Would definitely stay there again!

This was a wonderful place that I would go back to every time I come to Sulmona. Roberto and Giuseppe were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. If I could give this place six stars I would!

Where do I start. Angela and her family (brother and mother) treated us as part of their family from check in to check out. Their attention to details throughout the hotel warrants the 4 star rating. The shower door has been broken for a couple of my stays in the same room (101). Inconvenient to open and close door

This is a really beautiful property, and specific to those seeking remoteness. The village is effectively uninhabited, and at the same time offers a dramatic view of the surrounding mountains. A bottle of wine is offered for sale, but if you’re planning to eat in the evening, plan on driving 10-15 minutes to the closest restaurants. Of note, the breakfast was very complete and delicious!

The property outside was in very poor condition but the rooms were lovely. All renovated and spotless. Breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh home made options. Wish they would clean up the outside!

Large apartment rooms. In the countryside but not far from Solomona - an easy drive. Friendly English speaking owner. A very good stay. It was our anniversary. The apartment was decorated for us. Breakfast is not included in the price. If you purchase a breakfast it is all packaged items.

We started our visit with a little trouble becausespaciousnesos of the bather we didn't have a functioning phone, so we relied on another resident of the apartment building to get us inside. Once that was taken care of, we were confused about the Mountain View we expected. Our host, however, made certain that those little issues were quickly and kindly taken care of. If you are thinking of booking with this host: DO IT! The apartment we had was great. It was super clean, laid out very nicely...

If you want to get away from the crowds and relax in the countryside, this is the place! Incredibly beautiful, clean, and well maintained. You will be well cared for. Donatella will prepare regional foods for you that are fresh and devine! It is a little challenging to find and you will likely need a car .. but once there you will return! You will not be disappointed.

Its a perfect family owned hotel. They so nice to you and you feel like home. Very close to town and the food is really good!!! Great views as well!!!’
