"We got lucky and another person staying there let us inside so we could call for a check-in. Without them, who knows how long we'd be stuck outside. The area around is sketchy AF but that's not their fault, just be aware. The room was fine, did the job and had met our needs. The room was in need of some basic repairs but nothjng major."

"Beautiful newly remodeled rooms, owner was super nice and helpful. He pointed out sights, restaurants, and even provided an outlined map. The only negative was that the pullout couch was very uncomfortable but other than that it was an excellent place to stay. "

"We were traveling with a family of 4 adults so this place was perfect as it had a large bed in 1 room and 2 doubles in another room. Once I got in touch with them and got their WhatsApp number, it was easy to communicate via text. They offered to arrange a taxi from Rome airport, for a fee and we agreed as it was convenient for us. The location is a bit out of the way but still walkable. There was a small grocery store 2 doors down which was very convenient. Would highly recommend this place."

"Room is clean, spacious and modern. We were fed breakfast (cafe bought croissants, eggs, yogurt, fruits and coffee etc) every day. Location was less than 30min walk from Termini station. The best part of this place that I find truly special is Giorgio. Super accommodating and our room was ready early. "Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

"Cute and small B&B. My only comment would be the breakfast which was lacking - would have liked fruit options instead of packed donuts, sweets. May have just been the week we were there though.
