"All the staff was incredible, especially the breakfast employees and bar staff. Everything was perfect and every detail was considered. I would highly recommend this to anybody, especially Americans visiting"
"Other than the unavoidable street construction outside, this hotel was truly amazing. Loved my room, loved the amenities, and they took care of luggage while we dis some site seeing. Also had complimentary items for my room, and had a birthday gift waiting for me when I came back from our day. Wonderful place and staff!"
"Super charming and stylish (traditional Florentine) hotel. Many rooms (eg mine) overlook beautiful Piazza Santa Maria Novella and its church. Lovely views. Nice bathroom, very professional and friendly service from all the personnel there. The street level bar (inside
outside sections) seem to be favored by cool locals as well as guests. The food menu covered lots of bases and everything I sampled was delicious. Check out the Napoleon salon!
