The location is literally between two malls so everything that you need is in walking distance. The area of the city and the views are breathtaking. The Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The morning breakfast is tasty and brought to you in a quick manner.

The staff always gives a warm welcome when arrived to the property. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Although it offers ac, you barely need it as is always cool. Thanks to the staff and management.

Great stay. The hotel helped arrange our airport pick up. We were charged an additional fee for a third person, but before the booking we were unaware that would be the case so the extra cost wasn’t ideal considering we weren’t expecting it.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms, great staff, close to downtown and to other attractions, it’s definitely worth the price ( which by the way, it’s not high)

This hotel is a total gem it's a little off the beaten path but a pleasant walk to the Zoccolo and other sights wonderful bed. Excellent service the best breakfasts too! Felix our waiter was terrific we re so happy that we spent four nights here

The reception staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. A shout out to all three that we dealt with - great customer service. The location is walking distance to the zocalo and a market area and small mall. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the hot power shower was fantastic. The rooftop terrace is comfortable and spacious and has great views across the rooftops and to the cable car. Hope to return to Hotel Nube. It was also an easy walk to...

Helpful staff and good location near the Televisa Tower. There was a problem with teh hot water but the staff rectified the situation the same day. Recommended stay in the business area.
