"Property said it had transportation from airport to hotel and we confirmed this transfer 3 times prior to arriving , but we’re still left at the airport without a pick up. We hired a taxi to take us to hotel. Description also said free area shuttle. Yet when I asked about the shuttle to go to the park, I was told they would call us a taxi which we paid for again. "There are not enough stars to properly rate Casa Playa Mann! The location is great, the grounds are wonderful, we loved the breakfasts, but the standouts are truly the staff. It's a family-owned business and I cannot say enough about them. They were so helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Every single person we spoke with was amazing; they truly went above and beyond. I would never consider staying anywhere else on the island!"
