"Great pools, plenty of sunbeds and towels. It was nice to have complimentary water in the room and water dispensers around the grounds too. The grounds and location were amazing. The staff cannot be faulted , especially at breakfast and around the pools where they were always on hand to help with umbrellas or supplying extra sunbeds. Can't fault anything, it was a wonderful experience."

"The Cleopatra Palace is just a really nice hotel! Very well located on a stretch of golden sandy beach. Many rooms at the front of the hotel have a sea view balcony offering that refreshing sea breeze when you are sitting out enjoying the relaxing sound of the waves rolling in! Staff very friendly and helpful… "

"Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again."

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. "Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity to ocean and restaurants/bars but there is no good beach nearby."
