"La propiedad reúne los ingredientes para una fantástica estancia. Sus trabajadores son bien atentos y preocupados. Creo que pueden mejorar un poco más las opciones recreativas y el sargazo en la playa que jamás nos permitió bañarnos. También en restaurante bufet podría mejorar los surtido de carne y pescado, considerando todo el mar que tiene el hotel a su alrededor. No obstante a ello, volvería sin lugar a dudas!!!!!"

"Staff was helpful and attentive most of the time. Our room was next to a main corridor and was very loud. The door lock had dead batteries and they said they would fix it but did not. After our first night we requested to move rooms because we were up most of the night due to the noise from other guests and staff talking and moving carts up and down the main passage way. They were very accommodating and showed us two options for rooms that we could move to. The one we selected was much better. We told them on several occasions that it was our anniversary but they didn’t provide us with any of the perks that others received celebrating their anniversary. The last night there were guests partying (yelling, screaming, laughing so loud, obviously intoxicated) near the pool from 11 pm to almost 4:30 am. The resort does not have a policy to address intoxicated guests or a policy to address noise during nighttime hours."

"The pools and endless tasty food and drink options excellent! Cleanliness and housekeeping excellent! Shows and live music very good. Weren’t able to go in ocean due to seaweed. Nightclub empty and could use improved entertainment and staff to get people dancing. Having a daily shuttle to town for people would be a great addition. Otherwise excellent and recommended resort."

"Very hard working staff but sometimes gruff especially at front desk. Advice to families - when you arrive, ask for a tour with the carts to take you around to all three resorts included as one. Notice the pools, amenities, kids club etc. if it’s a Tuesday sign up as early as possible that morning for the dolphin show because it fills up quickly and there aren’t spaces for all kids. also, the kids club insists that your kids wear Floaties if you’re not comfortable with them swimming and you need to bring your own so make sure that you have yours on hand. There is a gift shop, but it’s extremely overpriced. Other advice is the minute you check in at the front desk walk over and set up reservations for The restaurants. They’re booked well in advance and you will likely not find a reservation unless you are early and diligent. We highly recommend the hibachi restaurant that was delightful and fun. We traveled with a five-year-old a six-year-old and two-year-old twins who all had a blast."

"The rooms are really clean and been serviced repeatedly. The pool is nice and big and you can find service everywhere. The staff is helpful and friendly. I’m definitely booking there again and I recommend that place for those who want to spend good time and peace of mind."
