"Enjoyed our stay, although the weather did not co-operate. The staff was great, especially Ankor. He was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and made our stay very nice. Hot springs were good, but not hot enough for me. Good free shuttle to MRT station, close to shopping & restaurants. Schedule was very good for all the different times to use it, to go and return. "The main thing about this hotel is the views and the hot spring in room. Those were amazing and it is the main reason why you should go. The staff was very helpful and the room was decent. It is more expensive but the experience was good. Breakfast is decent and standard. Overall enjoyed the experience, perfect for a quick weekend getaway to relax with a private in room hot spring!"

Since we have stayed 2 nights at the hotel, we get to try different onsen there (they swap the female and male onsen area every night). The location is also very close to the metro station with a number of restaurants nearby. "
