"This hotel was in a great location, had terrific service, and the room was nice for two of us. It was near the train and near the water and Old Town. The staff were very helpful and nice. There was a bar and restaurant that looked good Altho we didn't eat there. We hiked zermatt and mt Rigi which were easy to get to by train and boat. (Zermatt is far!). We loved this hotel and would stay here again! "

"Nice and convenient stay, short walking distance from the train station and city center and delicious breakfast! The bread pudding was a surprising breakfast treat. "

"We stayed 2 nights at the Novotel. It is an awesome hotel. The only downside was the breakfast food was all cold, even the food supposed to be hot, like bacon and eggs. Other than that, the rooms were nice and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly."
