"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed.
The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Plates and food items were often in short supply—for example, there were cornflakes available, but no bowls or cold milk.
Still, overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Gabriela’s kindness and exceptional service more than made up for these shortcomings."
"This is a very pleasant hotel right next to the main square. Very helpful reception staff. They offered and arranged excellent tours to Sillustani and Lake Titikaka islands which were well organised and good value. "

My room was on the 4th floor. I could here the dogs barked and people talki. But, overall, i was happy with my stay."
