"The resort was very nice and the Service staff was awesome - the concierge! He made sure every request from us was fulfilled. I can’t say the same for Expedia Customer Service. I needed to make changes for my ticket to avoid potential complications because the ticket information did not match my passport. First attempt to contact Customer Service was ignored and I never got a response. I finally was able to contact someone the day of my flight who was able to make the name changed, but not the birthdate change. I believe the issue was with an incorrect Expedia profile that the tickets were booked. The person who helped me on the chat informed me that I would have to rebook my ticket and spend an extra $580 for a new ticket just tochange the birthdate. I tried my luck at the gate by going to the airport early and was able to make the changes with the airline without issue."

"The resort is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pools and water slides are fantastic for both kids and adults, and the lazy river was one of the best parts of the resort. Since it is newly opened, there are still some areas that need improvement. The biggest challenge was the language barrier. Most staff we interacted with did not speak English, so I had to use a translator on my phone most of the time. I never had this issue with other resorts in the area before. Housekeeping also needs improvement. Facial and floor towels were often missing, and I had to repeatedly request them. Restaurants seemed understaffed as well. Twice we waited nearly two hours for food, and once we had to leave. Some buffet staff, especially around the grills, could also be more welcoming. And Sport Bar also needs more staff as well. * Rafael at Flame Steakhouse deserves 10 stars! He was professional, polite, and attentive, and made our dinner experience wonderful. * Malvin also deserves 10 stars for customer service! He constantly checked if we needed anything and helped me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. Special thanks to him! * Yahaira Santana at the Kids Club deserves 10 stars too! Our kids loved her. Her patience, kindness, and ability to care for children were extraordinary. She is special. I would recommend her for manager position. Rafael, Malvin, and Yahaira made our stay extra special!"

"El hotel tiene mucho potencial y, en general, nuestra experiencia tuvo aspectos positivos. La comida fue uno de los puntos fuertes, especialmente el buffet, que tenía mucha variedad y buenas opciones. El servicio en general estuvo bien, aunque algunos miembros del personal mostraron una actitud poco amable. Sin embargo, hubo varios aspectos que afectaron nuestra estadía. Como el hotel aún no está completamente terminado, todavía hay áreas en construcción y en algunas zonas se percibía bastante olor a cemento. También tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones, ya que no enfriaba lo suficiente. En una de las habitaciones incluso se abrió inesperadamente un compartimento del techo donde se encuentra el aire acondicionado. En cuanto a las bebidas, consideramos que podrían mejorar bastante. Algunas opciones de licor, especialmente los tequilas disponibles, eran de baja calidad. Lo más preocupante fueron los problemas de seguridad con nuestras pertenencias. A una de mis amigas le faltó dinero de su habitación y a otra le desapareció un speaker. Esto definitivamente afectó nuestra percepción de seguridad durante la estadía. En general, la comida y gran parte del servicio fueron buenos, pero considero que el hotel todavía tiene varios aspectos importantes que mejorar, especialmente terminar las áreas que siguen en construcción, mejorar el aire acondicionado, la calidad de las bebidas y, sobre todo, la seguridad de las pertenencias de los huéspedes."

"Todos los años mi familia y yo viajamos a Punta Cana. Este año visitamos el hotel Majestic Elegance y supero nuestras expectativas. El hotel es hermoso, muy limpio y acogedor. Las personas que alli trabajan hacen todo para que tu estadia sea la mejor, muy amables. La comida tanto en el buffet como en los restaurantes 10 de 10. Recomendado 100 por ciento"
