"Clean and bigger room, mini fridge full, wine and rum, coffee/tea machine in the room, excellent view, balcony jacuzzi, nice and attentive staff in all areas, bars in the pool, the Italian restaurant is the best. Will improve more games or maybe animate music in the pool."

He went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. He beautifully decorated all three of our rooms with birthday decorations and arranged three of our dinner reservations. His attention to detail, kindness, and exceptional service made our celebration even more memorable. We are so grateful for everything he did for us! "No complaints! The staff was amazing. Rooms very clean and modern. I had a great facial. The buffet food is mid. So we took a taxi and got local food and went to a local beach where we had fresh fish. Carlos and the front desk and Fernando - bellman were exceptional!"

"First trip to the DR and I really enjoyed my stay at Bávaro Palace. The facilities are lovely, my room had a comfortable bed and a beautiful sea view. I would definitely stay Premium again. It included the restaurants, spa hydrotherapy and pool, plus the Pirates adult water park. The water park is small — more a pool with slides than a huge water park — but the water was perfectly warm, very clean and the slides were fun. The spa pool was also spotless. The main pool was clean enough but cloudy, so not quite what you expect. I enjoyed the buffet at the Sports Bar and Coral, and the Italian, French and Japanese restaurants were all very tasty. The Spanish restaurant looked beautiful, although I didn't have time to try it. The absolute highlight was Premium Check-In. Cristian Rodriguez and Wander Rodriguez were the best staff ever — I loved them! If you stay Premium, get Cristian as your guide; he is the best. And the toffee cappuccino at Premium Check-In is AMAZING — you will live on it! Unfortunately, the beach was a major disappointment. They really need to get rid of the seaweed. It was left to rot and stank to high heavens. The smell permeated back towards the buildings and was vile, so I didn't swim in the sea. Mosquitoes were also quite bad, and maids leave doors open while cleaning, allowing them into the rooms. Overall, a lovely resort and good value, with some exceptional staff, but the seaweed and mosquitoes seriously affected my experience."
