"Very nice, quiet, and clean property. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming especially our butler jose. He was very attentive and made sure we were always good. Our A/C went out and wasn’t cooling the room one night, I sent Jose a text that following morning and he had someone come and get it fixed ASAP. The food at this all-inclusive resort was a bit hit and miss. They had plenty of options and different restaurants to choose from; me and my wife was not able to check out all the restaurants because we were only there 3 nights but of what we tried the buffet had lots of options and for the most part was pretty good with a rotating dishes, the hibachi restaurant main dish was great. The appetizers and dessert from this restaurant was a miss and could use some improvements. The margarita restaurant food wasn’t very good at all, service was ok at this one restaurant but food all around needs work. Overall, we really enjoyed this resort and had a great time with all the different activities, pools, bowling alley, restaurants, coffee shop and much more. I would recommend at least 4-5 nights to have a chance to experience everything this resort has to offer."

"We are return guests of the Majestic Mirage Resort. We always have a great experience, especially with the staff. The butlers, cleaning staff, bartenders and everyone in between always offer top-notch service. The only disappointment we experienced was having the Main Dining Room (buffet) closed everyday during lunch and dinner. They also closed sit-down restaurants on a rotational basis. So, if the restaurants that were open were not to your liking there was no main dining room buffet option available. We understood it being off-season and the need to cut certain dining options, but to remove the main buffet as one of those was tough. Everyone can always find something they like at the buffet. We will return in the future because this resort is wonderful, especially for the money paid. Room service saved us on the nights with limited dining options. Room service food was impeccable!! Thank you Majestic Mirage!"

"Had a great time! staff was very friendly, there were a lot of amenities at this location. Food was excellent, getting a reservation at one of the restaurants at the resort was difficult, would've preferred if there was a way to reserve in advance online rather than waiting in line the day of. Room was clean, however definitely feels outdated rooms could use some upgrades. It definitely is a party vibe when you walk in, so be prepared for loud music and dancing! Overall, I would consider coming back!"
