Two additional terraces offer alternative spaces, including a very private area with a pizza oven and round table that overlooks the sea like the turret of an ancient castle as well as a larger, lounge area for relaxing near the Principal Bedroom.

The beach here deserves a special mention. Depending on the tides, chairs, loungers and umbrellas can be set up on the beach, which also has flood lights for the evening.

Connected to the palapa area, a terrace extends to the pool terrace, providing an opportunity to enjoy the mesmerizing view and the soothing sounds of the waves on the private beach.

Additionally, the property boasts two more terraces. One offers a secluded spot featuring a pizza oven and a round table where you can have private meals for up to 6 people, overlooking the sea. The second terrace is a larger lounge area situated near the Principal Bedroom, perfect for unwinding.

Due to its location, this home has access to one of the very few private beaches you can experience in Mexico.
Maximum capacity is 12 adults but will consider 2 additional children upon prior request.
