Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. We used the stove every day to cook eggs for breakfasts, and when we didn't want to eat out for lunch and dinner, we made sandwiches and salads. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. Staff was very friendly. Very convenient to beach and the hotel even has a handy tide chart posted daily so you know when you can walk to the whale tail. Arrived early and given keys to unit 3 hours before regular check in. Office staff friendly and very accomodating. No paperwork and no credit card asked for at check in. Room was amazing. Large rooms nicely furnished. Excellent a/c. TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Huge kitchen with marble counter tops and with lots of utensils and appliances and a supermarket about a 3 minute walk from the complex. A laundry room with washer and dryer. Plenty of towels. Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Food for breakfast was good and so tasty. View was so pretty, and amazing! Drive up was a bit bumpy however an all wheel drive will do it. Will definitely stay again!

This resort is amazing!!! We saw more wildlife on the grounds than at Manuel Antonio. Sitting at the pool watching monkeys in the trees and Toucans flying overhead. People were so friendly, Rooms were huge, spotless and so beautiful. Food is amazing. 10/10 can’t wait to go back!

The room was very clean with an amazing view. The owner was very kind and helpful, and responded quickly with any questions. Would come back next time I visit Manuel Antonio!
