"BEST EVER!!! Temperatures were hot down in Durango, but at least 10 cooler up on the mountain. So so glad we chose this condo!! It was perfect for my husband and I, our three daughters and each of their families. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bunk room was perfect for the family with three children. The beds were excellent, the kitchen had every spice, pan and appliance we could need, and everything in the entire condo made me feel like we were a personal guest in Mimi‘s home. We were able to sit on the patio enjoying the cool mountain air and played multiple games of Uno as a family. The personal service can not be matched. We definitely would choose this condo again for our next trip to Durango!!!!!!"

"Great location and plenty big enough for our family vacation. 6 adults and 2 children had loads of fun and plenty of room to play games or sit and read! The hot tub was great for early mornings and after hiking. This was our second stay and hope to return soon!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in went smooth and was pretty easy to find even in the dark as we arrived pretty late! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool/hot tub was awesome and all the mountain activities were a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you! "

"This stay was everything we were looking for as we had an onsite event at purgatory. Owners were responsive and clean property walking distance to everything we needed at purgatory! We did pay the extra fee for the hottub/pool that was worth it. The only con was no a/c and when we tried to open the windows it was a little Smokey from the wild fires but that can’t really be controlled. We still had a great time!"
