"I was there for 3 days/2 nights. The early check-in was amazing. The breakfast was a good spread with one spoilt for choice between the cold and the cooked. The layout of the hotel was great and the staff - the staff!! kudos !! my one "did not like" was that laundry was expensive - like stupendously expensive. Take your iron !"

"The caldera view was stunning and the area was conveniently located. Outside of missing some of the basic features (microwaves, extra towels, etc) the experience was good. The young male assistant at the front desk was wonderful, and the morning breakfast was a delight each day. The property also offered a rental car option which we took advantage of and appreciated!
