"Although our room was not ready at 15:30 (check in is in 15:00) and last day they placed us the alarm at 5:30 in the morning (!) everything else was excellent. Also one day adult pool on the top floor was closed for a private event and other pool was full, no sunbeds available."

While that sounds funny, if you have ever been to a resort that doesn’t control their towel inventory…it looks chaotic and dirty. Not here! "Poolside and reception staff are superb especially the staff at the slides who were brilliant and encouraging with children. Exterior and public areas are immaculate. Room floors less so. Had a few odd exchanges with catering staff and one at Luzzo restaurant was pretty offhand. "
