I checked in on my birthday and the staff went all out, upgrading my room for free, had cake waiting in my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, etc. I was overwhelmed by the attention they went into to make my birthday memorable. "From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, and although we were initially given a first floor room, the staff happily moved us to a fifth floor room with a balcony, no hassle at all. The rooms were very comfortable, but the real standout was the staff, super friendly, helpful, and truly fantastic, thank you to you all. Having access to the pool across the road was a great bonus and made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Malta who doesn’t want to be in the heart of Valetta old town. "
