"The room was fantastic - a nice touch was all the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The bathroom was the best, with drawers for storage and a large shower, and the bed was super comfortable and king size. And we loved the Cannaregio neighborhood. The only small drawback was the construction going on just outside our window. But we’re early risers so that was not a bother. Thank you, Nicole and Dana! You helped make Venice one of our most memorable trips. "

"We used this as a base for visiting Venice. Great price and free & secure car parking combined with a 5 min walk to the regular & efficient train service (euro 1.5 pp) made this a good option for us. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and a decent breakfast was provided. Room was fairly basic but was clean and provided what we needed as we were out for most of the day."

"Our original air bnb plan fell through on our way to Venice. The staff is spectacular. They messaged to assist with a seamless arrival, gave us many parking options with details on each, and arranged a private transfer from parking to hotel—which was gorgeous and a cool experience on its own. "We got to the hotel 3 hours before our check in time, April was very nice, helpful and friendly. She let us to have our room early without any problem. She was very helpful. The hotel was very close to everything! Walking distance. They could do more cleaning in entire room( walls, curtains ) but the bed sheets and towels were really clean. I recommend this hotel, the price was good. "

"The suites are a renovated 17th century bulding a 4 minute walk to St Marks and 7 minutes to the Rialto bridge and Vapareto. The staff was great. Ylenia gave great transportation options that saved us some money. We ate a delicious breakfast each morning literally next door at the Splendid Hotel. Great location. "

"Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It's next to a canal (of course) and bridge, and around the corner from a large square with some restaurants. Just away from the very busy touristy streets. Our room was large with a good size bathroom. Plenty of space to store our bags and clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the small bungalow. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for the warmer months, but it might not be ideal for winter since it lacks a heater. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there are great restaurants nearby. The Mestre train station is conveniently within walking distance ca. 20 min, making it easy to get around."

Comfortable & Very Clean

"Front desk personnel very friendly & helpful—no matter day or night. Good breakfast each morning that was included in our fee & tea each day from 4-6 pm was a nice perk. Was able to book water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel, as well as water taxi to the train station through the hotel’s concierge. Would definitely recommend the Montecarlo Hotel. Location good for shopping & restaurants. "

"We had an amazing time at this hotel. So close to the Rialto Bridge maybe 2 mins walk, and also the water taxis, which meant that we could easily get to the train station when we left the hotel will 3 cases. Breakfast was good, and staff very helpful (great coffee). Highly recommend and we will be back as this was our first trip to Venice. Loved every minute and we would only book here. Thanks for a great trip"

"Amazing place. Great rooms, service, location. And a great rooftop bar. Not the cheapest but cabs get to the from door, authentic Rome experience, best bakery in Rome across the street, funky gelato next door, everything walkable, good restaurants within feet…. You’ll save on travel and time. We wil be back. "
