"Very clean and good hospitality. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town and inside a colonial era mansion making for a cool and unique stay!"
"Very cute little boutique hotel, tucked into the San Blas neighborhood. Awesome location, very friendly and plenty of space for our family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay. "
"This hotel was nice, clean, friendly and accommodating. They held our bags for 4 days while we hiked the Incan Trail. They have laundry service and a could breakfast buffet. The staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is so close to the plaza de Armas and Qorikancha great location in the heart of Cusco."

"Amazing location, close to all the main tourist attractions! The hotel was spotless, elegant, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and every detail made our stay feel special. Perfect for anyone wanting comfort and convenience in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended"
"This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!! "
"It is in the San Blas area so there is a walk uphill to the hotel. Streets and sidewalks are narrow which is why the neighborhood is unique which also means that you will need to go meet any tour vans. In our case someone always came to the hotel and walked us to the meeting points. Taxis and Ubers went right to the hotel. Just a 10-minute or so walk to the main plaza. Plenty of small fun restaurants in the area. If you need laundry done, then do it through the hotel it was cheap. They also arranged taxis to and from airport and more. The breakfast was great as was the staff in general."
"Had an extremely pleasant stay at Novotel before and after doing the Inca trail trek. When I came back from the 4D/3N trek, the receptionist had everything prepared and I was able to get my room and luggage in less than 5 minutes. Truly exceptional especially after a tiring multi-day activity. Would also like to commend the quality of the food from room service. I really enjoyed the Lomo Saltado!"
