"I don't recommend it at all, no communication with the owner, only by email, no phone. The description doesn't mention that it's in a basement with no windows. My wife and kids were scared to stay, so we had to leave the place and book another for the night. The owner didn't respond to me when I described the place by whatsapp. "

"Everything was wonderful! The suggestion I would like to make is that it would have been nice to have some chairs on the balcony as the weather was beautiful and I couldn't sit outside. Also, there should be an extra blanket in the suite because it became very cool at night with the air conditioner going."

Finally after many back and forth with Vrbo and trying to reach the host, I checked out the unit. Unit had many issues like AC not working, and a cockroach infestation. "Very close to the Eaton Centre. Was about a 20 min walk to the Scotiabank Arena. Only had parking for small cars. We unfortunately had a truck and had to park a few blocks away. Staff were welcoming and friendly."
