The mattress was overly worn and not comfortable, the bed linen was overly fragranced with fabric conditioner, as were the towels. Overall the positives way outweighed the negatives."

It’s exceptionally clean/well maintained with extremely well thought out, stylish aesthetics. It’s on a quiet cobbled street with fantastic beds and linens - bathroom toiletries are also top notch. I really cannot rate this place highly enough."

"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "
