"Overall a very nice place with a great staff. Location is hard to beat for Colonial Williamsburg visits. Nice breakfast. There seems to be many amenities (pool, fitness,ect) although we did not use any of them. A few upgrades could be made in the room, but it did not affect the overall stay. There may be a restaurant listed, but it is not open. We would definitely stay here again."

From the location to the cleanliness to the communication with host… it is exactly what we are all hoping for when you unlock that door. Lynn is welcoming and kind. Her home is lovely, stocked with all of the needs necessary for an enjoyable, convenient stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. "Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front. Overall, worth it for the low price point for our 1 night stay."
