The shuttle driver was very knowledgeable about the airport traffic. He made my trip to the airport non stressful since I was going to a terminal that was closed for renovations "

"The staff were extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed just one night due to a layover. We didn't get to see much of the area as it was dark when we arrived and dark when we left in the morning. It did seem like parking would be a little hard to find, if you had your own vehicle."

"This is a converted Radisson property and seems to still be updating to Hilton standards. Rooms are neat and clean. Very conveniently located about 1+ mile from JFK airport. Shuttle is provided to/from the airport. The dining area seemed a bit understaffed with semi-slow service. The food was good, but don't be in a hurry. Met our needs just fine as travelers."
