"The front desk staff is not very friendly at this hotel. We had a leak in our sink the first night of check-in and they did not even offer to change our room. I had to request the change and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel needs a make over, everything felt old and dirtly."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how accurate, safe, and clean Radio City Apts are. It’s not a huge hotel, which I like. We stayed on the 8th floor and away from elevators, which I requested. Kitchenette allowed us to have breakfast that I brought and coffee (provided) in our room vs eating out every meal. Just enough kitchen items to make a basic me, plus fridge and microwave to keep and reheat any leftovers. If you are doing Broadway and want to be near MoMA and Central Park, I highly recommend. "

"The hotel St James is our go to when in Manhattan. Convenient, good value, wonderful staff. The only thing on this trip was that the mattress was quite uncomfortable. We will still stay here again though as we’ve never had this issue before. "
