"I don’t really know who to blame but somehow they did not have a room for me at all. They told me they could see my Expedia reservation on the back page, whatever that means. They were under construction and full for the night so I was left without a room."

"Room had bugs on ceiling, room smelled musty. Went to eat breakfast at 8;30 no drinks for very limited choices.
I was very disappointed in room and overall stay.
Note we stayed there in 2024 and was much better. "
