Exceptional hotel located centrally in Quito! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The house is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bedding was top notch, I didn’t want to wake up! But the best part which I will miss throughout the rest of my travels was getting a massage on site each day from Darwin. How nice to have a 90 minute massage after a day of exploring. Don’t skip booking a massage!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite... 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Excellent unit. A/C worked perfectly. The dryer actually got hot and dried our clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked with a real coffeemaker (not the horrible single pod that most hotels now use). There was a full size refrig and freezer with ice trays. Our experience were perfect in some many ways, the employes were very warm and helpful with the reservations for the local attractions, the entertainment living room in the hotel with the games and the karaoke let us enjoy in a safety way, the room was excelent and very confortable, the absence of tv wasnt necessary, I will absolutely return there and recommend them. My only sugestion is to put a fan inside de room. Thank you for everything!!

We checked in extremely late due to our international flight and a simple email to the hotel was responded with assurances our room would be waiting, and it was.
