We (three women) got the family suite and ours was after a Turkish doctor, Dr. Türkan Saylan. "Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"Run!!! Stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the staff was thoroughly incompetent. Our reservation couldn’t be found and the front desk overcharged us and put us in a spare room not even listed on the website (double bed and no working AC). Miserable experience from start to finish. We were far from the only wedding guests to experience issues with check-in and AC."

"The property was accessible to transportation which was ideal for getting into London centre. It was also ideal getting to Heathrow. Staff were very helpful and always friendly including staff at breakfast. Having a mall nearby was also helpful."
