All was great! However, the free 24/7 airport service listed on the website page was NOt free! I had to pay for it! I chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle service but this was not true. Please revise your listing on the Hotels.com website so others will not be mislead.

Wow, I really was impressed with the Valia. Booked a Junior Suite with access to the lounge and spent 3 great days. The gym is very complete, the breakfast with a zillion options (tried both at Florae and at the lounge and both were outstanding), the pool had a great combination of sun and shade, the shuttle was always there to take me shopping and the room was absolute silence (most important thing in a hotel room for me). I would go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Asian buffet (though the Belgian waffles were terrible). Clean comfortable room with friendly helpful staff. Give this place an A overall. We will be back. Just teach someone how to operate a waffle iron.

Great place to stay for a night or too near the airport, but wouldnāt be my first choice for an extended stay. Convenient airport shuttle was great, room was nice and clean, breakfast was good. Thereās not much to do in walking distance but there are a few street vendors and shops.

I like everything about this hotel. My last 5 trips to Bangkok, I stayed on this hotel. But unlike other hotels there is no room upgrades.. regardless, this will remain my prefered hotel for the time being. i usually visit Thailand at least once a year, if not twice.

Well we found an absolute gem of a hotel in Nysa , staff were amazing and the hotel is spotless . The food was first class .
Itās a walk to the BTS but they do a free shuttle bus to and from.
I canāt thank the amazing staff enough for making our stay so special.
