"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"Feels like a former 6 star hotel that's still fantastic, just a touch dated, however fantastic still. Little things like the digital light switches don't work perfectly and are a bit touchy. The furniture is so cool, and the room layout is excellent, the pool is basic as is the gym. The Sauna and Spa would be excellent however I couldn't easily figure out how to use them and I doubt the water heats up immediately. "Very clean and well-maintained property. Shower had good water pressure. Toilet flush was weak. Beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Food at the restaurant was pretty good too."

"Nice modern hostel in Rama 9 district. The actual hostel is in a mini-European quarter with European style buildings and a private entry/exit so if you taxi there be on the lookout for the entrances they're not easy to spot at night. A few malls and transport links nearby."
