"Lalo, who runs the property, was very hospitable and accommodating! As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe walking around there the entire time. The entrance is at the top of a steep hill, so get your legs ready! Renting a golf cart for a day was quite fun. I would love to stay there again. The only reason I gave the area 4 stars is there is construction going on directly by Distrito 88. "

"Our stay at Casa Sempre Avanti was outstanding! Scott, Beto and Fatima teamed up to make our vacation a memorable, hassle free experience.The property is situated on an amazing stretch of beach, with easy access from the property's back yard. The beach is clean and secluded - the locals who we met take great care of it and always greeted us with an "hola," smile and a heartfelt handshake. We truly felt welcomed to share their slice of paradise. The sunsets from the property were awesome, as you can sit on the back patio and watch the sun disappear into the ocean. In the evenings, it was fun to sit outside and stargaze with minimal interference from artificial light. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Having access to Can Am on site (vs renting locally) was a great benefit - it was a fun way to travel to and from town.Beto and Fatima took great care of us and were very responsive. The meals were tasty and fresh - our favorites were the chargrilled fish, ceviche and chile rellenos. Fatima's salsas were also a treat! In summary, we highly recommend this property! If you visit, check out Cachasol, the tequila/raicilla distillery just off the main highway. Great food and margaritas in a beautiful setting. Thanks, Scott, for sharing your property with us! "
