"Staff was friendly and helpful (enough). We had an issue with our AC unit and after calling twice, the gentleman from security (or maintenance) came and immediately changed out the air filter which was FILTHY. Hotel was highly outdated with no extra amenities, (fridge, microwave, breakfast, coffee etc). You can use local parking garages for $60 max per day if you don’t move your car. With no in and out privileges. Overall, the stay was ok for what was needed but would never stay here again."

"Our stay was nice love that location the cleanliness the staff is friendly especially Junior. He was the friendliest face greeting us in the front, helping us to our room. He went above and beyond, however, unfortunately the food service was not the best. There was no microwave in the rooms. There was no microwave downstairs and the breakfast options were poor and the evening dining was extremely long with their wait time."
