"Very easy check in. Room was very nice. Staff very accommodating and helpful with our toddler."

"I liked the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. It was a good base to visit the hospital. The parking was a little anxiety producing getting in and out but was a bonus as on site. The hand basin drained very slowly and I advised them. I would have like a scrubber to clean the pot with. It was spotless when we arrived but the dishwasher and soft cloth didn’t bring it back to that."

"The staying was really good, bed was very comfortable but no one come cleaning our room during our stayed. But i was really impressed the customers services. I have one young girl doing afternoon or eeving shifts she was amazing orginse some gift for my daughter birthday. I dont expecting that. I give 4stars out of 5. Cleaning need more attention "

"Have stayed here before which is how we landed here again! LOVE the shower pressure, the comfy beds and the washer and drier combo. Went home with clean dry clothes. Best thing was the wahine who checked me in. She was awesome. Warm approachable and kind."

"Perfect for what we needed, room was spacious. Only grumble I had was the kitchenette had a bar fridge which was difficult on my bad back, but that’s my problem. Overall it was great!"

"The hotel is downtown on Queen Street. It is self catering. Everything worked. Smart TV, a big plus. Right by the harbor, close to the Skytower. No issues with check in, check out. Staff was friendly. Easy access to hotel. Any negative, like loud noise, was not their fault. Near supermarkets and many eateries."
