The bathroom was unfinished, with sealant being poorly applied throughout the bathtub. We also used the gym, which was subpar by even 4 star standards! The breakfast was good, and the pool was also good."

Staff attention to rooms daily was prompt and conscientious. Convenient location a short walk to the main Karon beach and to nearby markets and stores."

"Excellent views, amenities and architecture. Breakfast needs a massive improvement in terms of taste and service. Everyday many dishes were empty and refilling took time. Cleanliness of the restaurants also needs to improve. Room housekeeping also needs improvement. Infrastructure needs fixing as in times of rains, the roof of both the sea side restaurants was leaking from many places causing a massive inconvenience to guests in the middle of their meals. The main pool was also quite dirty. A la carte food was surprisingly good however."
