Amazing hotel and service. We enjoyed an upgraded room near the pool. There are a lot of stairs but they run a very efficient shuttle. Beautiful grounds and a good location. Close to the beach but away from the busy town.

This was one of the best stays we had as a family. We were offered a room upgrade by the check-in staff. The room was fabulous with fitted Jacuzzi and very spacious. We also received complimentary fruit basket on arrival. The property itself was very beautiful with 2 well maintained pools and it also had a slide for kids.

What a fantastic resort! Honestly, I didn’t expect to have such an amazing experience here. The staff are very friendly, the food is great, and the location at Patong Beach is perfect. We stayed in the Diamond Jacuzzi Suite—the view was fantastic, and the room size was excellent for a family of four. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely choose the same hotel again on our next visit.

The resort was great! Close to Patong beach and 20 mins walk or 10 mins ride to all the hot spots of Patong. The food is good on site and the pool is awesome. The staffs by far was the best part of the resort. I would stay again for sure.

excellent hotel . write place to walk in to the main hub, 10 mins. as at least you can sleep at night. Security Guards to help you cross the road in front of hotel. Shuttle bus staff amazing.. fresh fruit shop staff wonderful. The rest all about just doing the jobs. not overly friendly. Food was 4* at most.no sea food or fresh fish at breakfast ,.egg man good. and fast. Room was amazing we had romantic suite. over all good stay but a bit underwelmed
