"Beautiful property with a great free breakfast. Food/drinks are expensive. Loved the rooftop bar…unfortunately it rained quite a bit while we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy it. I’d return if I’m ever back in Phuket."

"We booked the beach villa and had a spectacular view of the ocean from our bedroom, private porch and private garden. We also had an incredible view of the ocean from our bathtub and outdoor shower which was just extra special. The resort is magnificent, well kept gardens and gorgeous local artwork created a wonderful setting for romantic walks. We appreciated the Thai style architecture which made all the villas and other amenities blend into the landscape beautifully. It was a real pity that we could not swim in the sea, partly because it’s so shallow but mostly because it is dirty from local fishing boats down the the way. Other than that, it truly is paradise and we highly recommend this resort. It was my husbands and my birthday, they decorated the room and made us each a beautiful cake. We felt really well taken care of."

"Very comfortable rooms albeit a little small given that the terrace is the same size. Due to the abundance of mosquitoes because of the season, unfortunately, we were unable to make any use of the terrace. There is a small fridge in the room as this wasn't mentioned in the room description. One small criticism is that we needed to ask for our towels to be changed but once we did so they were changed frequently. All in all the hotel was clean, comfortable with friendly, professional staff. The hotel pool area is in a fantastic beach side location with activities on at various times of the day should you wish to partake. There are a few good local Thai restaurants only 5 minutes walk away on either side of the road and also a great coffee bar 2 minutes away. The main part of Rawai with a huge variety of Thai and non Thai eateries and Nai Harn is about 10 minutes away in a taxi or Bolt. So, great location too"

"Had a rough start but once I mentioned the poor service at arrival, everything changed. I’ve been here 6 different times and I love this place. But the prices have jumped up so much!A coconut is $8! +tip. The food is very good but the prices! Ouch.Had a massage at the spa ( it’s 3x more here) and it was not good. It’s the same quality masseur as those little shops outside. Waste of $.The buffet breakfast is a must, they have their own coffee and it’s so good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools here are the cleanest I’ve seen. Staff are all friendly and helpful. ( although it didn’t start that way) they did really well to accommodate me. I’m here alone, 7 months pregnant and asked for room near the lobby. It wasnt- then I was moved to a swim up room to compensate which was easier for me. They arranged pick up outside my room to bring me to breakfast. They helped to bring me my outside food orders. Gave me a fan to help me sleep better. And made me feel safe while here alone. Cons: to much smoking everywhere outside. I couldn’t sit on my swim up balcony without breathing cigarette smoke and I’m pregnant! I was disappointed the hotel would do nothing about this. ( just move me rooms) you smell weed and cigarettes all the time. Spoils sitting at the pool trying to get fresh air. It’s a wellness resort - why are people smoking all the time? It’s gross. Policy needs to change! Beds are way to hard, I brought my own memory foam. I highly recommend but if non- smoker beware"

"Chris runs an excellent hotel. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Excellent service, easy motorcycle rental. Check out their restaurant for great food specials which are discounted for hotel guests. The food must be good as Grab drivers pick up from there frequently."
