Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.

On several visits my room has always been clean comfortable and well maintained and all the staff have been courteous friendly and professional and have good local knowledge of the area.
