"Stayed here for 1 night on way to travelling south. This was during a heatwave and some of the rooms (ours) didn’t have aircon so it was VERY hot. Basic room was very small. An okay stay for what we used it for. However, the staff were amazing throughout and so was the food in the hotel. Really tried their best with lots of fans delivered to the room. So helpful and kind."

"I have stayed here a few times before. This time I needed to be at a meeting early in the morning so arrived at 9pm in the evening. We went straight to the bar to have a night cap. Unfortunately they were closing the bar “in 5 Mins” so only got one drink in before it closed. The air con in the room didn’t work so the small window in the room was all I had. Which means I had the curtains open to let as much air in as possible- not nice for a ground floor room that backed into cars. The electric car charger didn’t work, it started then kept failing. Trouble is every time you tray it takes £45 hold kn your bank."
