"The checking in was brilliant, we arrived in the morning and they gave us our key early as we were not going to be needing our room until later as we were attending a wedding in a nearby village. Everything was as you would expect however the bed was not!! They had put a king size mattress on a double bed. Unbeknown to me I turned over while I was asleep and fell out hurting myself!! The mattress was not supported by anything under it and it was overlapping my side of the bed by about 9 inches. I'm sure this review must sound comical but I can assure you it certainly was anything but funny. I've just had a knee replacement and am not ready for anything else quite yet "

"Managed to get a good deal for a 3 night stay and was honestly blown away by how nice it was. Just off the main road in the middle of Norwich, it was located in a really nice area that was peaceful at night. Had an amazing kitchenette in the room with an oven, hob, microwave, sink, fridge and washing machine, so we could basically self cater the whole time we were in the city working. Very polite and attentive staff on arrival, the lobby is comfy with nice couches, everything nicely presented. It's clean, modern and cosy place, so much better than imagined. It had everything we needed and we would certainly stay again."

"Clean room, very friendly staff, just 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station, 15 to the Castle. Their motto “Affordable comfort for everyone” suits well. Will definitely consider this hotel when going to Norwich again."

"My husband brought us here for my birthday and we stayed for one night. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Our twin room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had an evening meal here and the meals were exceptionally good. Breakfast was very good too. We would definitely book to stay again."

"Room had amazing view into Carrow Road (Norwich City grounds), was really comfortable and was close to a small shopping centre with several choices. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good, best buffet style I've had in a while with it all tasting perfectly cooked and fresh. Not too far from city centre by car/taxi but away from the hustle and bustle of it. Would definitely stay here again."
