"This place was so beautiful, overlooking the water with a sweet view of a seagull nest with two chicks. Gorgeous sunsets. Comfortable bed and furniture and well equipped kitchen. The property seems well managed and super organized with everything that I needed and even things I didn't think I needed. The on-site amenities of pool, fitness room, and a little convenience store right in the office were much appreciated."

"The boathouse was cozy, clean modern (with internet and TV) and a perfect get-a-way. Access was simple and the outdoor amenities were great! Highly recommend the boathouse if you want to relax, fish, or get out on the water for some outdoor activity!"
