Some of the staff was cordial and welcoming and yet some others were indifferent when it came to providing assistance or sharing information. When we arrived were asked to attend a timeshare information session which proved to be a bad experience. "

"Beautiful views of ocean all around the hotel. Stayed in Seacliff Tower - room was lovely, ocean view, comfy bed, rain shower head in bathroom. Recommend taking stairs as elevators can be slow. Employees always available in front of hotel to get you in the appropriate cab for where you want to go. Enjoyed our visit very much. (Note: In St.Thomas it’s common to take shared vans as cabs which charge per person fees.)"
