"Greta stay lovely and clean! Only thing there was a scorpion there no biggie being west Texas but still scary!"

"The room has not been kept up to standard since it was built. I was in and out each day so I did not notice the issues until my last night of the visit. The window cover had a hole in it and was destroyed at the bottom. The bathroom vents were rusted, the ceiling in the bathroom had been noticeably repaired, the bathtub had rusted spots and the ceiling above the shower had a large bubble from a current leak. I had noticed that the tub was wet when I returned one night but assumed that the shower head had retained water and slowly leaked. On the last night I looked up and there was a huge bubble of water. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they simply said, “we know there’s a leak.” This is unacceptable. If there is a known issue why are they still allowed to rent out the room. I will not be returning. "

"The only problems we had were the key cards and the long time it takes to get hot water to the room. It was such a waste of water."

"everything was great except the noise from outside around the tables which people set at. They was partying and making noise till 2am. There should be a curfew at night. Yes understand you'al are making a lot of money from the oil workers in Pecos Tx but that does not give them the right to party and keep other people awake."

"I was disappointed in this Best Western motel. The ice and coffee were very from our room in the lobby.The included breakfast was not at this motel. It was next door ar a reastaraunt and the reastaraunt was closed. This was not explained during check in, we had to ask later in the day were we would eat. Room was clean, but noisy with trucks. "

"Rooms were clean. Staff is polite. No hot water. No tv. No controls on ac. Needs some major repairs. Would not stay here again"
