"The check in was fast and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was dirty. The floor dirty. Bed sheets dirty. My husband called front desk twice and noone came to clean the room. He went downstairs to speak to the front desk and the supervisor was there and heard is complaint and immediately changed our room. The second room was clean. But we will never stay here the wait to get on the elevators are crazy long. You better off taking the stairs and the dining room for breakfast very crowded. "

The staff and concierge are wonderful and knowledgeable! We stayed for my mom’s birthday and they sent up complimentary macaroons and a birthday card! 10/10 recommend!"
