When we arrived, the room did not have cups or glasses to fix a drink, no coffee maker, or trash can. The lock to the bathroom door was broke and there was a leak in the shower faucet. However, staff was very friendly and apologized. You can tell it’s under new management."

"Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. I think the hotel challenged the toilet paper company to give them the thinnest t.p. in the world. You're definitely not saving money with the amount of t.p. that is needed because it's worse than paper thin. Fast elevators and friendly staff."
