"Rugs need to be cleaned all hallways and rooms need a little bit of love for it to look nicer. Wall paper ends need to be glued and hallway decor needs to be updated, lobby looks great but once you go up the elevator to the rooms you can see all of the above - light in the rooms need to be a bit brighter specially if you need to work "

"There was a dirty and wet towel on the floor in my room when I checked in, there was mold in the shower and one of the paper cups had been opened and not replaced . "

"This was our first time staying at this location. It is a very pretty hotel. They upgraded us upon arrival. The rooms are fairly large for NYC and very clean. Overall great experience "

"The client service very poor I had to remind them everyday to leave me cups forvthe cofee. They didnt wanted to send me a cofee machine. The cleaness very poor they didnt clean the mirrors. Sometimes they didnt leave the full set of towels in the barhroom. When I cslled to the reception the personal was rude. "

"No ac and yes I opened the window the little crack that it did open. The tv didn’t work and the phone just kept ringing. Went down to the front desk and they told me they were sorry and a big team had arrived and they could be calling the wrong room offered us late checkout but cmon no ac is the worst going to a hotel. "

"Shampoo bottle was empty, next day the conditioner was out too. Had to request more toilet paper as well as towels. Garbage was tiny. Room small. Under construction. Couple times the elevator system was not good! "
