"Perfect for what we needed"

"Room was good. Enjoyed my stay. Seemed to be a lot of hair on the floor that did not get vacuumed. Dropped my towel, and it had several long hairs (not mine) on it when I picked it up. "

"Location is perfect for easy travel around the city, even with kids; it’s right above grand central station and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel is clean and modern however I had to call every single day for additional towels as they would often only 1 or 2 towels total. Also, although there are multiple elevators, there was always a line and a long wait time. The hotel also doesn’t offer a workspace area but they offer charging you a fee for a private space to use if needed. Restaurant on-sure doesn’t offer kids options but easy walk to many food stands in grand central station. "

"Both male staff at Reception were extremely helpful and friendly, lwith one Reception member of staff very welcoming towards us on our return each night). Indeed, on checking in, when he noticed that we were a lengthy stay he sourced a high storey room for us. The housekeeping ladies too were a delight, and whilst we rarely saw them they ensured that clean towels, soap &c were always well stocked for our return home each night. Thank You ladies and gentlemen ! They are a credit to your company. We hope to return again.l"
