Quick check in, great customer service and clean large rooms

Was not close to town, but everything about the hotel itself was great.

We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of choices for food and drinks. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed walking along the Danube and the Town Square was within walking distance from the hotel. We were able to park free. Our hotel room was large and very comfortable.

All the staff are professional and helpful. I requested Chang the room after the first night and they immediately responded and gave me a special one with larger window. The breakfast were rich and include whatever you like including fresh fruits and cereals ... etc. I used a rented car to go to the old town and to the thee parts of the city. if you enjoy the nature it's the finest place to stay in Regensburg area.

People were great. Alex the breakfast girl had smiles for everyone and was equally efficient. Great location.

We have a lovely stay at Bischofshof Braustuben. It’s an easy 15 minute walk from the Regensburg historic center. The staff was absolutely wonderful, not only pleasant to deal with but also very helpful when a repair was needed in our room. We also appreciated fabulous breakfast menu and having the restaurant/pub downstairs. Nice, clean room overlooking the Danube. Staff was pleasant with Christmas Market right outside the hotel.

Amazing location and staff. Room was small but typical for Europe. The only reason I gave 4* to comfort was because there is no elevator and 1 of the footboards wasn’t attached. Pack light because the stairs are fairly steep and they are a spiral. Otherwise, this place is amazing and I wouldn’t have any reason to choose another hotel on my next visit.
