"Staff were excellent - offered and changed my room from family to twin room, which was far better for me ( 2 beds versus bed and converted settee ). Hotel only 7 months old so in very good condition. Central, car parking nearby. Food offereing not good, but chinese carry out very close, and plenty of local cafe's. Taxi office about 100 yards from hotel. Good price."
"I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"

"We had a very warm welcome on arrival. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly and it was great we could eat with our dog in the bar. The family room was very clean and good size. Not a great view of the fire escape but it didn’t matter for one night. In a great location in the seafront and easy to park outside on the road for free. "

"My overall impression of this property is unfortunately poor. We paid 625 for four nights which is way over what this property is worth. One bedroom was an excellent size, one was poor. The double bed in the smaller room was very small and pushed up to a wall making is difficult to get out of. There was no storage at all. No chest of drawers, hanging rail or even a shelf, meaning that we lived out of bags for the duration of our visit. The door and paintwork was grimy as was the inside of the kitchen units. Most of the units, the sofa, the fridge and kitchen bin were damaged. There were only three mugs, one wine glass, one tumbler and two desert spoons for the four people in our party. I text the owner/ manager on our first night and had no response. There were no sharp knives either so no possibility of any cooking, it did, however, have a sieve! In the en-suite shower the water came out of every place it shouldn’t and not much out of where it should! I think this place has been and is perfect for a hen/ stag party just wanting a place to crash inbetween drinking. Very poor indeed and I’ve stayed in a lot of holiday let’s "
"Property not ready for us. Moved to a second flat which initially looked okay. Unfortunately there was half eaten food in the fridge, someones trainer in the cupboard. No working plug in the bathroom sink, no cleaning materials as expected. Very noisy area with people heard threatening to 'knife each other through the night' Faulty fire alarm that sounded fault for the two nights we were there. Reported to three people who said they would sort it. No clear exit out of the back of the property. Shame as majority of issues could have easily been sorted and the interior of the flat was lovely.
