"Good value accommodation, pleasant and comfortable in a good location. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped and it was relatively easy to gain access to the property. The proprietor was was helpful when I needed to contact them regarding confirmation."

"Great place to stay, king size bed, wonderful sea view though the big bay window. Light and airy room. Really helpful owners with lots of local information."

"Lovely renovated sea view room, quiet. Great breakfast. Only downside was the lack of an elevator. Staff were really helpful and allowed a late checkout, organised at breakfast with no problem."

"Staff were helpful. Though the place is poorly maintained. The elevator was out for the entire stay and we needed access to it. The breakfast was nice but we caught some of the bread and croissants having mold. Overall i wouldn’t stay again there."

"Convenient location. Easy parking. Continental breakfast was a bit basic, You get what you pay for and for the low price you can't expect the ritz. Would probably stay there again if I ever go to Morecambe again."

"Fantastic place room fab everything you need well organised thanks"

"A lovely well equipped cottage. Decorated to a high standard and a well equipped kitchen with teabags etc to use. The highllight was the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be visiting again."

"The caravan was in pristine condition when we got in. They have tea, coffee and sugar available in the kitchen, cleaning and bathroom essentials are also available. We really enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t recommend this property enough. The owner was also nice and friendly and answers to queries right away! 10/10!"
