"The food was horrible and extremely salty. We had to go elsewhere to eat AND the WiFi was non existent as it barely worked…only some of the time. We’d be hard-pressed to stay there again unless there was a way better rate. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. "

"It’s a clean and newer hotel, so that’s nice. Staff kindness and amenities offered are bare minimum, they don’t go out of their way as far as “hospitality”. No housekeeping services, no pool, no fridge or microwave in room. For the price point I would go elsewhere next time."

"I recently stayed at Boomtown Casino Hotel in Reno and was very disappointed with the experience. One of the main issues was that there was only one working elevator for the hotel guests, and it was limited to approximately six people at a time. This caused long waits and was extremely inconvenient, especially during busy hours. Another major concern was housekeeping. Our room was not serviced daily, and we were not provided with fresh towels each day, which is something guests should be able to expect during their stay. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when we brought these concerns to their attention. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was lacking during our visit. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again unless major improvements are made."
