The reception staff were faultless providing all the information you need about checking in and dealt with every question we had flawlessly. The lobby area is lovely to relax in and have a well-earned rest after a day out. The restaurant serves good food and has a good range of breakfast options.. and that leads me onto the restaurant team. Halo and his team are wonderful. Very attentive, very funny, very helpful - they turned a potentially stressful day due to an injury into a memorable one. Absolutely recommend the hotel to equally adults or families alike. We will be returning!"
